Digital products are delivered instantly via email upon purchase confirmation. No shipping required. Download links are sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you don’t receive your download within 5 minutes please check your spam folder or contact us at support@melrosewatchcollective.com.

IN-STOCK PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Domestic shipping: $9.95 flat rate, free shipping on orders over $200 and on select items (see product description). Estimated delivery 3-7 business days after shipment. International shipping available to Canada and Australia — Canada: flat rate $20. Australia: flat rate $28. Rates are for standard shipping. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7-14 business days internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS (MTO):
Made to order items are handcrafted specifically for you. Production time is 4-6 weeks from order confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking when your order ships. Rush production available for select items — contact us before ordering. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

GIVEAWAY PRIZES:
Giveaway prizes ship within 7 business days of winner verification and W-9 completion. Shipping is included. International winners are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
